Any sold material can not be taken back after return period (7 days from the date of delivery) expired else if it is damaged by customer, in case of faulty product we will replace it free of cost, it  can't be exchanged with other products. courier charge will be in customer scope (forward and Return)

Order will be shipped within 2 working days after getting clear payment confirmation.

We use CCAvenue Online payment gateway to collect payment as it is third party service, we are not responsible for any transaction failure, customer have to directly contact CCAvenue for further assistance.

We ship though Delhivery, Ekart, Ecom Express, Bluedart, DTDC courier and india post (speedpost) at most of the pincode all around the India, order will be dispatched within a two days from the date of the purchase and will be delivered within 4 to 5 days in urben loaction, 7 to 10 days in rural area.

delivary time may be very in some cases due to carrier delay and other unavoidable natural desaster.
